A Deep dive on ice cream

While this course has fewer recipes than others, it is a fountain of ice cream knowledge. The time is taken so you understand the processes so you can make your own creative ice creams.

Good Fundamentals

The course was perfect and brief to get an idea about what ingredients and processes are used to make ice cream. The only issue with the course is the translation and captions, some translation goes way to fast, and the captions sometimes get skipped. This was causing a hinderance to understand some chapters.

The mixing of ingredients is missed.

I like that e course but the problem is by watching several time I can able to make ice cream or not. The Cheff use word solid milk. Such kind of terminology not understandable.

to know what are the ingredients and how to mix them togthere with the right quantity

i liked how he explains the course and putting all this information in a short period of time but i hoped it would be a little bit longer and had more explanation on how to use the ingredients together and the measurements i know he showed us how but it will be much more help to get the kick off but of course you wont learn if you didn't try yourself and got more experience with it.
