Through the 9 recipes, with preparations and ingredients from different parts of the world, you will learn to cook vegetables in unimaginable ways (which in turn, you can then adapt on your own, if you so choose.)

For example, the chefs will explain how to make vegetarian ramen with a dashi without fish, a vegetarian burger based on green spelt, a different risotto…

All recipes are vegan, except for the papaya and carrot salad with cheese (vegetarian recipe).

Course is interesting but recipe for the chia and matcha pudding is not good. 60 grams of matcha is way too much even for 1 liter of milk and not to mention expensive.

Good but Shallow content

Eu esperava aprender técnicas. Ao invés disso a maior parte do curso foi um passo a passo de receitas com alguns detalhes realmente úteis e interessantes, mais muito diluídos. Alguns produtores de conteúdo do Youtube fazem conteúdos mais densos e apresentam em muito menos tempo. Os professores parecem estar tensos, talvez desconfortáveis também.
