Yes,

Homemade sweet and sour sauce for Fried Wanton in Milan Lao course: the quantity of potato starch is really too much for that amount of liquid: it’s probably 5 grams and not 50. I repeated it, but the result was an inedible glue.

“Sorry, I made a mistake in writing. The course is the one about Ceviche, and the recipe is Nikkei Tuna. In the recipe, it says Gingerbread.🤣
