      And here is another one. Pecan-Piedmont hazelnut Chocolate cookie inspired by Antonio Bachour course Afternoon Tea Pastry . Irresistible, chocolate rich, gooey and soft. Nuts and hazelnut paste balances out the richness of of chocolate. They truly are the showstoppers at any tea/coffee events.

                  Now that’s a cookie with a résumé! 🍫🌰 The balance between Piedmont hazelnuts and rich chocolate sounds like it came straight out of a pâtisserie dream. Did you tweak Bachour’s recipe or follow it closely?

                    @Sol Damiani Thank you, Sol! The core of the chef’s recipe without changes, just minor corrections due to my personal liking: changed milk chocolate chunks to 55% chocolate (otherwise it’s too sweet to my liking) and the changes in the ratio of the nuts. That’s all.
