Hi! You can always try to use some thin long cuts of green onions, or carrots for example in ice water and will curve very nicely.

Also you can make easy tuile mix with 90gr flour, 110ml water and food colorant and straight to the pan with a bit oil

Also you can make cheese sheets with Parmesan and flour 100/100gr. each and bake it in sheet pan at not too high temperature til cheese melts and gets a nice color.

Hey! I was at home trying few different things and came up with this, are the stems of chard, just cut it and put in ice water and I think looks pretty nice, a bit bitter to taste but nice
