This challenge was fantastic. I have already written somewhere that I love Scoolinary challenges because sometimes I learn new dishes I haven’t heard about. Poke was one of them. You know, guys, in my country, we don’t have dishes which combine so many different tasts and maybe it was the first time that I experienced the real umami taste and I really enjoyed it. Thanks for the challenge, @Sol , look forward to preparing my éclairs next week. 😍
