Hi Christos! Lovely pizza you have here. I’m afraid time is up for this challenge (you had till Sunday 15th 23:59 CET) But anyway: this is awesome! Is it yellow pepper on the topping together with champignones?

I have been experimenting with the Cypriot cheese “Anari” lately. It’s something similar in some ways to Ricotta. Here is a dessert with anari cheese mixed with Mascarpone and on top and around figs, pistachios, honey and pomegranate jam 🫶

OMG! This must be delicious, the acidity of the figs pairing this magnificent cheese must be terrific. Thanks for sharing, Christos!

Excellent combination of flavors! The Anari cheese mixed with Mascarpone must give the dessert a creamy texture, and the blend of figs, pistachios, honey, and pomegranate jam sounds like the perfect balance between sweet and fresh. It looks truly delicious, thanks for sharing it with the community.

What a delight! The combination of mushrooms, peppers, and corn is fantastic, adding both color and flavor to the pizza.
I love how crispy the crust looks—thin and perfectly golden, ideal for those who enjoy a light pizza with a crunchy texture.
You can tell there’s a great balance between the fresh ingredients and the perfectly melted cheese.…

And it seems you got it, Christos! This burger is so inviting!
Any tips for the other Scoolinars? Which kinds of meat have you used? What would you suggest is the best combination of them?1

Burrata with homemade pesto, virgin olive oil and basil leaves. All ingredients except the Burrata are local (from Cyprus), the basil leaves from the garden.

Hi Christos
This burrata looks delicious and has been served in a simple yet elegant way. The burrata appears fresh with a soft and creamy texture, which is typical of a good burrata cheese. I love that the pesto is homemade; it gives your dish an incredible flavor, and when added in small amounts, it complements the burrata’s taste…
