Hi everyone, we have just started the challenge and I’m so excited to participate.
🙂 I am especially grateful that we are starting with the Neapolitan cuisine course! 🤩🥰🤩🥰
This course is my favorite. I have watched it thousands of times because I love the Italian passion the chefs invest in the preparation. I have already tried several dishes from this course, and this evening I decided to try the Sorrento meatballs.
@soldamiani Sol , I’m really grateful for this challenge because, thanks to it, we had a fantastic dinner this evening. 😉
The organic lemon zest gives such a summery touch to the meatballs! I have lemon-thyme in the garden, which matches really well with this dish, as suggested in the course.
Guys, honestly, my Scoolinary journey started with a challenge last year, so for me, it’s a bit emotional to participate again. I hope to see your creations prepared for the challenge.

@Orsolya Csernák That’s great, Yeah it’s not really a competition, it is more of a way to have a good time and learn new dishes, as well as challenging yourself. I already posted my dish but is a few posts below, because I had to edit a post.
