2 groups of Le 3 Grazie for the challenge 4 about petit fours with edible flowers.
💮💮Sweet Berry Tris
I used garden-fresh raspberries (yellow, red, and black) and homemade strawberry sauce for decoration. The 3 petit Grazie are: fresh raspberries and strawberries in sweet cream on puff pastry flowers with chamomile flowers, and a lovely sour cherry strudel that we call rétes in Hungary, a Hungarian forever favorite.
🌼🌼Savory Tris
For these petits, I prepared puff sticks with salted bear onion powder, crispy zucchini chips in rice flour, and creamy green pepper sauce. The flowers are lavender and garden nasturtium.
