My first attempt at making Tarte Tatin! 🎉
I discovered this classic French dessert while exploring the Basic French course, and to be honest, I didn’t know much about tatin or caramel before starting, but I followed the guidance step by step—and the result was absolutely worth it!
This caramelized apple tart has completely won me over. The combination of sweet, tangy, and buttery flavors is simply irresistible.
Thanks to you, @soldamiani and the #challange, I’m falling in love with French pastries more and more with every recipe I try. Tarte Tatin is now officially my new favorite!

What an incredible result for your first attempt! It’s clear you followed each step with great dedication. Your Tarte Tatin looks spectacular, with perfectly caramelized apples and a beautifully finished caramel.
When I make Tarte Tatin, I usually pair it with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of crème anglaise. I know this tart doesn’t really need any accompaniments since it’s a delight on its own, but pairing it with one of these is my guilty pleasure.
