Yesterday, we organized a Poke party at home. I was looking forward to seeing my daughter’s reaction.
You know, I had never heard of Poke before the #pokechallenge!
I’m so grateful for that course—it helped me come up with something special to welcome my daughter home.
About a week ago, @lorena-hidalgo-Scoolinary made me think about the balance of flavors, so this time, I intentionally focused on balancing sweet and sour, salty and spicy. It was a fantastic experience! Thank you, Lorena
