Hey everyone! I know my last post was about panna cotta, and I don’t want to be repetitive, but I just had to share the panna cotta I made at home last night. I used my homemade vanilla essence and strained my apricot jam to give it a silky surface, then decorated it with a touch of lemony thyme. This is just how I like it – simple, elegant, and full of flavor.
