Hi everyone, I wanted to share something fantastic with you. Yesterday, I was so excited to start one of the new courses: Neapolitan cuisine. I love each of the presented dishes and the passion of the chefs who teach in the course. So, yesterday, I tried Ravioli alla Caprese. Honestly, it was totally new for me to start the dough with boiling water. I know this technique for éclairs, for example… but for pasta, it was new for me. I followed the instructions in the video, and it came out very well… WOW, the best ravioli experience ever! Thank you for this! Of course, I want to make Amalfi Lemon Tiramisù, and all the other recipes from this course. WOWWWW, I feel a strong nostalgia for Italy. 🥰
