Hi @grazie11
You could make a pil pil sauce.
You can put the pil pil in a saucepan over low heat and heat up. Then in another pot you put a little flour and butter until you get a roux. Once ready, you add your warm pil pil sauce to the roux, let it cook for a few minutes and you will obtain a pil pil bechamel.
Hope this information is helpful.

@grazie11 My suggestion is that with a great mayo, you figure out how to join our #BeansChallenge 😉 It’s a great way to start: a dressing. What do you think @sussan_scoolinaryteam ?

Hi @soldamiani @grazie11
I think You could take a part of the pil pil, add just a little bit of vinegar, emulsify and get a vinaigrette or pil pil dressing to use in the challenge with a salad, I think it would be great.

That is so sweet of you girls, @soldamiani & Sussan. I will read about the #BeansChallenge. I am thinking of resting, you know😇 . But I remember about the aiguillettes, so I put it in the oven for 25 mins, 180C fan. It is so good! Ja, on top of spaghetti, again. 😁 Have a nice weekend❣️
