This is a Calabresa Pizza. I need to work on my dough. Is very hot where I live. My kitchen is always 31⁰C all year. Hope to learn from all pizza aficcionados here. I lt was done on a Ooni Gas pizza oven

Your pizza looks very delicious, in very hot climates you can help yourself by taking the dough to the refrigerator to have a slower fermentation and when working with it, do not leave it at room temperature for so long because the climate where you are is very warm and could affect a little in the fermentation.
