my style of German chocolate petit entremet
a classical american cake, which has the phenomenal blend of toasted coconut, pecans and condensed milk, layered between chocolate sponge and cocoa mousse.
my neoteric take on dish is presentation of the typical German chocolate cake, keeping it’s soul alive in form of all taste, texture, aroma, and flavors. I have prepared a insert of all those filling and remained the top clear, which is covered with the berry Callebaut mirror glaze, white chocolate disk, chocolate pearls and mona lisa edible gold.
