the problem I have is either the oven isn’t good or the flour I have already ordered the flour will see when it comes how is it going to look

@undefined I usually use an internal oven thermometer to make sure the temperature inside the oven matches what’s shown on the handle or control panel.
If you don’t already use one, it’s a great tip you could try. Let us know later if the issue was the flour or the oven.
