@Sol Damiani I made potato & egg yolk ravioli. The filling is a traditional polish filling used for pierogi-mashed potato, curd cheese, fried onion and a lot of black pepper. I thought it would be a great idea to add it to ravioli. I topped it off with a runny egg yolk and it turned out so tasty! Definitely will repeat that recipe. My Instagram: @foodie_kas
