        “Mirzaghasemi” sounds fantastic! The combination of tomatoes, eggplant, eggs, garlic, and spices must be delicious, and the garnishes add a special touch. I would love to try this unique dish from northern Iran – well do sharing!

        Somayeh, this is a full-on celebration of colors and textures! I love how you brought together such different ingredients, yet they all seem meant for each other in the end. The touch of microgreens and white egg caviar gives it a fresh and modern vibe.

        That Mirzaghasemi base looks like it has an amazing texture, and the yolk almost seems to be inviting you to dive in with a spoon. How did you manage to keep it so shiny and perfect? It looks like a little sun right in the middle of the plate! ☀️
