Another cake, this time an 18th Birthday cake for one of my students (I’m a high school teacher). Four layers of pink and white sponge, with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jelly between the layers. The marbled chocolate shards were inspired by something I saw on Masterchef Australia.

I think they will have very fond memories of their birthday cakes made by their teacher.
