          What a gorgeous cheesecake! 😍

          The golden crust, creamy filling, and that layer of blueberries make it look absolutely irresistible. I love how the blueberries have that natural shine.

          What was the best tip you learned in the course? I bet every bite has the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Great job!

            @Sussan Estela Olaya was absolutely delicious thanks. Although I’m an amateur I knew most things she taught in this recipe however I appreciated how she kept her kitchen so tidy and organised and just had little bits of baking paper to put used spoons on and used them rolled up to slowly release flour into the mix. It’s the little things that you pock up that kind of help the most.

            FYI in that course the translation to English says the cheesecakes need to cook for 25 minutes at 170c. Mine took 45-50mins I’m pretty sure there’s a translation error in the course

              @cliff-arney I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the cheesecake so much and found those little details from the course useful. Those organization tips really make a difference in the kitchen.

              As for the time and temperature, they are correct in both the Spanish and English recipe books for an 18 cm cheesecake. As a suggestion, it’s important to preheat the oven for 20-25 minutes before baking to ensure the internal temperature is accurate. If you don’t have an oven thermometer, getting one would be a great option to make sure you’re baking at the right temperature.
