Hey chef! I’m a big pizza fan. How can you tone down the acidity in the sauce? Is there a trick for that? Thanks!

Do you think there should be schools for diners just as there are Gastronomy professional schools?
Are there “good” or “bad” eaters?
Or each one of us should live the culinary experience as we can?Emily Chac and Paul Miller-

We definitely should be more receptive. A lot of us hang on to our preconceived ideas and can´t take what is supposed to be a disruptive one.
