        The most basic addition to the tomato challenge… jarred tomato. We can’t forget the beauty in the most basic of food prep.

        2 focaccias inspired by the Puglia lesson in the class “Focaccias”, by Luigi Di Domenico. Loved the class, and the instructor. The first is an Italian inspired, with tomato, onion, and some chopped herbs. Finished with a balsamic reduction drizzle before serving.                 Wow! For your first bread, it turned out spectacular! The braid shape is so well done, and the golden color is perfect. The poppy seeds add such a lovely touch.
