2 focaccias inspired by the Puglia lesson in the class “Focaccias”, by Luigi Di Domenico. Loved the class, and the instructor. The first is an Italian inspired, with tomato, onion, and some chopped herbs. Finished with a balsamic reduction drizzle before serving.
