        Por lo general el nivel 1 es fuego lento (150 – 200°F; 65 – 95°C)

        Mantiene la comida caliente: cocina a fuego lento carnes y aves

        Nivel 2:

        225 – 250°F (105 – 120°C)

        Guisar o estofar carnes, saltear verduras, cocinar salsas, frutas, guisos, arroz frito y aperitivos.

        Nivel 3:

        275 – 300°F (135 – 150°C)
