Oreo cheesecake
This cake combines two of kids’ favorite treats: Oreo cookies and cheese! It has the rich and creamy texture of cheesecake, while also offering the crispiness of cookies. My family and friends all love this cake.

@Sussan Estela Olaya Thank you ❤️ This is my first time adding crispy ingredients into a cheesecake , and the texture was special. My daughter and her friends loved it! From the chef Elena’s course, I learned how to properly remove a finished cheesecake from the mold. Her other cheesecakes also look delicious. I want to try making every one of them!
