@Sussan ScoolinaryTeam i marinated the chicken for 24 hours in cultured buttermilk then i added chili lime seasoning salt and pepper and neutral oil to crisp up the skin during roasting. Mexican style spatchcock chicken.

@elizabeth-bellinger Marinating the chicken in cultured buttermilk must have made it super tender and juicy. I love how you thought to add the oil to get the skin nice and crispy during roasting.

@Sussan ScoolinaryTeam it was very delicious and juicy. The buttermilk made it easier to thoroughly cook because it tenderizes the meat. Yummy so good 😊

@Sussan ScoolinaryTeam i used spices used in Mexican and cajun cuisine. I like my food a bit on the spicy side and a lot of flavor depth.

@Sussan ScoolinaryTeam It’s a roasted spatchcock chicken. I put it back in the oven until it was time to eat so the food didn’t get cold.
