Looks GBD! I couldn’t find hake so I did a version with lingcod tonight to test a couple of batters. It was a pretty good alternative but not as good as classic cod.

I love how you used homemade preserved lemons and added serrano chili to the tartar sauce, it must give it such a unique flavor. The crispy beer-battered cod and those golden fries… they look incredible.
