Hi Chefs @suhaa-butt These preparations are absolutely flawless!👏 The plating is exquisite across the board. Could you enlighten us further about the remarkable group you belong to? Do you all happen to work together at the same restaurant? Your skills are reminiscent of Michelin-star chefs 🌟 Could you describe each preparation. I got to tell you you just won your First #ScooliStar for the third pic. I just can’t take my eyes out of it.

Hi @suhaa-butt thank you for sharing! Well deserved Scoolistar. Comments for improvement (my point of vue):
Salmon dish: try to put less elements in the plate. For example potatoes are too big, I would have put only 1 potato and 1 beetroot and try not to get oil on the plate when there’s already so much going on. I miss more volume
Caprese salad: I really like the caprese salad, there is volume, balance and bright colors
3rd dish: in my opinion there are too many elements too. Ideally plate in odd numbers (number of elements). The red purée is fantastic in texture and color.

I like the different techniques you used to serve or plate your creations.
Everything looks very clean and orderly and with a good balance in portions, accompaniments and sauce.
