      Cooked meat and toasted bun with, mesquite and hickory blend coal grill. Propose in seemingly small stout patty is to put emphasis on the blend of brioche bread, sweet hot and horse radish mustard on bottom bun, good layer of spinach leafs trimed, sliced avocado, good slice of tomato, caramelized mushroom onion blend in red wine vinegar and brown sugar, black truffle cheese melted on , then we got our top bun and right in the middle the coal grilled patty. Took previous knowlage and knowlage gained from the course to achieve, very much appreciated.

        Your burger looks amazing!

        I love how you combined the flavors, from the melted black truffle cheese and the caramelized mushrooms with that touch of vinegar, to all the toppings that make up your burger. You can tell it was made with a lot of care. Thanks for sharing with the community.
