This is my Veggie Burgundy wheat. I used aubergines, tomatoes, onions and carrot in slices.
It was truly comforting cause it´s really cold in here 😍

Great job, Mary. Next time it would be great if you spread more the wheat and place the vegetables like “crowning it”. Perhaps a shallow dish would make your presentation even more attractive.
