Baked Apple Ice cream. I added a touch of cinnamon to the sablé dough, really nice. I had a bunch of those tasty buggers leftover 😋

@Sol Damiani well, I scaled the recipe back but it’s hard to make a ‘batch’ oc anything for just myself without leftovers 😁
