#CopyCatBurger
Hi everyone, this is my entry for the hamburger challenge.
I really wanted to recreate one of Juanche’s burgers, but I couldn’t find all the ingredients. In the end, I took inspiration from Juanita.
I started by baking the gluten-free brioche buns. I loved the idea of the Mambo sauce with honey, brandy, and kimchi, but I had to make a few substitutions: I used white wine instead of brandy, and replaced the kimchi with my homemade chili oil.
I didn’t have avocado, so I used freshly picked cucumbers and San Marzano tomatoes instead.
The result was absolutely amazing, though I have to admit my burger ended up being more of a Hungarian Julieta than Juanche’s Juanita. This is what you call “personal touch”, @soldamiani ? 🙂🙂

Exacty what we meant by personal touch, Orsi! The main goal is to enjoy preparing this recipe. And I’m confident you did.
The cheese texture is so cool 🙌 Congratulations on presenting your Hungarian Julieta Burger 👏!2
