Hi guys! Here’s my super tasty lemon chicken that I made yesterday evening. Honestly, I used my homemade salted lemon for the sauce, and the only seasoning on the chicken was the salted lemon. If you haven’t tried preparing or using salted lemons, I highly recommend it! I believe it’s a traditional ingredient in Morocco, but it’s also a star player in my kitchen.

That looks delicious! The combination of chicken with salted lemon sounds spectacular, especially with that homemade touch. I love how you’ve plated it, it’s very elegant. I’m sure the taste is just as good as the presentation. I’ll definitely be trying salted lemons in my kitchen, thanks for the recommendation. Great job!

Gotta try this salted lemon ASAP. You leave it on a jar for how long, Orsi? And then you squish it on the cooking process?

@Sol Damiani it must stay in dark for 1 month but then it lasts very long… even a year.
