Hi guys! Here’s my super tasty lemon chicken that I made yesterday evening. Honestly, I used my homemade salted lemon for the sauce, and the only seasoning on the chicken was the salted lemon. If you haven’t tried preparing or using salted lemons, I highly recommend it! I believe it’s a traditional ingredient in Morocco, but it’s also a star player in my kitchen.

That looks delicious! The combination of chicken with salted lemon sounds spectacular, especially with that homemade touch. I love how you’ve plated it, it’s very elegant. Gotta try this salted lemon ASAP. You leave it on a jar for how long, Orsi? And then you squish it on the cooking process?

@Sol Damiani it must stay in dark for 1 month but then it lasts very long… even a year.
