Hi guys, last Friday, I prepared fantastic pan fried potatoes and I wanted to share them with you here. I have posted it, but I’m not sure anybody have seen it… To be honest, it was hidden for some hours … now it is public, but so many others uploaded fabulous photos that my potatoes staid in the shade.
Now, I’m here to show you how delicious they were 🙂🙂🙂

Secondly: I totally missed this photos. Thank you for posting them again.
Then, we arrive to this lovely presentation: simple yet perfect, as always. There’s a famous line, you know? “Dress me slowly because I’m on a hurry” 😂 This kind of plating suggests me the same vibe. Good and fresh ingredients… Then you have to devote some seconds to just look at it.

Roasted rosemary salt? Now that’s a flavor combination I didn’t see coming! I’m definitely adding that to my spice rack.
