      Yesterday evening, I wanted to treat my family and made a healthy salmon salad.

      I cut the salmon into small cubes and marinated them with salted lemon. Then, I prepared a tangy vinaigrette with lemon and salt for a fresh chard salad, garnished with cucumber spirals. Paired with a glass of rosé, it was the perfect way to celebrate a good day.
