Hi everyone, how I see I missed the 1st challenge.
To be honest, I’m a bit overwhelmed these days and I still want to make my croissant perfect and lookin forward to starting the panettone course.
Today, I want to share a very simple yet excited dish based on green leaves.
Do you know 🍃 Cavolo Nero?
First time in my life, I came across Cavolo nero, = black cabbage, while watching a cooking show. Intrigued, I asked a friend visiting Italy to bring some back for me. And wow—I’m so glad I did! 🌿
I’ve been experimenting with this gorgeous green, and the results are beyond delicious. The first dish? A fresh, vibrant green sauce paired with spaghetti and Buffalo mozzarella.🍝🥄
I’m officially hooked! Next spring, we’re definitely planting Cavolo nero in our garden. Can’t wait to see where it takes our recipes! 🌱

I have to confess I’ve never heard about this cavolo nero. It surely has a great color, so vibrant! I hope cavolo nero finds a cozy nest at your garden to see what you can accomplish next year. It’s so lovely to see you around and great luck at those croissants! 🥐🌱
