Hi guys, I’m still passionate about French pastries, I’m excited to share the new generation of my croissants.
They’re as fluffy as they can be!
Making croissants is a rewarding challenge that takes two days, but I don’t mind.
Now that I’ve mastered the basic croissants, I’m eager to experiment with new shapes and fillings. Let’s go for Antonio’s 2nd course. Stay tuned!

Congratulations, Orsolya!👏🏻
It’s truly inspiring to see how you maintain your passion for French pastries and how you constantly strive to perfect your skills. Your dedication to learning and continuous improvement, experimenting with new shapes and fillings, reflects your commitment to the art of baking. We know that making croissants is no easy task, and yours look absolutely amazing.
I can’t wait to see all the creations you’ll come up with after taking Chef Bachour’s next course!

The cutest! They are small, right? That interior is so beautiful to see.😍 And I agree with Su, it is totally inspiring to see you like passing from one Mario Bros level to the other and even conquering worlds😂 Congrats, dear!

@soldamiani You know, Sol, this is the best: conquering worlds. ☺ And yes, this time I made smaller croissants. I like “bite-size” food… by the way, petit… gato 🐱. It’s been a year since I wanted to take the petit gato course, and now it could be the next level…. but first, I want to go back “home” to Italian cuisine…. You’ll see it soon ❤

If we did a ‘Before and After’ comparison, just look at your croissants from 4 weeks ago! What a glow-up!🙌🙌 Look @sussan_scoolinaryteam !

@soldamiani Wow! What a huge improvement between one photo and the other.
In the first picture, you can see that the honeycomb structure is only partially formed, while in the latest one you shared, it’s fully developed.
I love seeing these photos showing how the Schoolinars improve every day 😍.1-
