No, this isn’t a usual pasta dish with tomato sauce.
This is our very first homemade spaghetti!
We kneaded the semolina dough and tested out our new manual pasta maker.
After two days of drying, we cooked it this evening and served it with a tomato sauce made with tomatoes and basil from our garden.
It was absolutely delicious!

That looks amazing! Making homemade pasta is such an achievement, and with tomatoes and basil from your garden, it must have been incredible. You can really see the love you put into it—I’m sure it was delicious.
