      First of all, let me tell you how much I enjoy reading your comments in Spanish. 👌😍

      You inspire me to refresh my Español, and one day, I might even write about my dishes in Spanish.

      Yesterday, I shared a cheesy choux with smoked salmon.

      Today, I’m back with a Sicilian choux pastry: LulĂą. It’s baked in a babĂ  mold and filled with whipped cream lightly flavored with fresh lemon juice.

      It’s a true celebration of the fresh snowfall in my country.
