Yesterday, I checked my Scoolinary account. Imagine that I have uploaded 222 pictures and 8 videos on this platform since I enrolled!
Impressive numbers, aren’t they?Next week, I’ll start preparing my pastry chef portfolio, so it’s going to be an intensive culinary January for me.
This picture is my favorite from the past few days: chestnut purée with whipped cream.

@lorenaScoolinary Hi Lorena, how nice to hear from you! Scoolinary helps me a lot… honestly, Scoolinary is been becoming a lifestyle. I love the videos, there are some hidden secrects in each I love to learn. For example, in the poke course, I found interesting what she said about chicken poke even if it wasn’t a part of the course, or in the Neapoletan course the pastry chef shared how to make mascarpone at home. 🙂 I’m a sponge of these pieces of extra information. I have learned so much with Scoolinary… now, I have to prepare my portfolio for my pastry chef exam… I’m sure that some of my Scoolinary success-stories will be mentioned in that. :)❤
