Hi everyone, here’s another version of palacsinta, this time with cottage cheese and vanilla cream.

I agree with @mandie-lowe , @orsolya-csernak The second from the top. The first one has some special movement I like, too. What do you think @sussan_scoolinaryteam ?

I would say that photo number 4 is the one that shows the best, you can see the dessert at different angles, you can see the filling and it is also decorated in an orderly way.
As a recommendation, you could use a pastry bag with a smooth or curly nozzle so that the dots look more defined.
