Gulab (Rose)
Gulab jamun(rose flavored plum shaped dessert)
This is one the most popular sweet dish feom india.as the name says the round dumplings are the gulab jamun gulab(rose) jamun( black plum)
So basically fried dumplings soaked in rose syrup.
We have created a chocolate rose by using a 64% Guayaquil extra bitter a single origin dark chocolate, which comverted later into chocolate ganache by poaring hot tahitian vanilla cream on top.
Dessert served along with barriers to cut down the sweetness, and vanilla icecream to give hot and cold experience all together.
