      Day 1 of our Sea Food cooking. We’re near our midterms and we will start our cold kitchen soon. Here’s some baked fish, shrimp and calamari.

          We used a Bechamel base for the saice and for the calamari, we used marinara sauce. the cooking time was really short since it was all seafood.
