          How long does each product last before and after it is ready, and how to maintain it after it is ready?

          Likely fruit class and croissant

              Hi @chellysud
              A croissant in optimal conditions can last up to 1 day which does not mean that it will spoil the next day, you can refrigerate it and then regenerate it, but it could lose a little of that characteristic crunchiness of the croissant
