Tuna Croquette

In the sea of raindrops and gray skies, there appeared – golden, crispy croquettes, the small heroes of the day, ready to bring salvation to the faltering mood with their warm hearts of potato, tuna, and cheese. Onion and French parsley mixed in as unobtrusive but key allies, adding an aromatic dimension to which even the darkest clouds couldn’t resist. Pan-fried in panko breadcrumbs, they offered an extra crunch that made every bite a joy.
Alongside them, tartar sauce, as a faithful companion, provided a refreshing contrast, balancing the richness of the flavors with a touch of elegance. And so, the sun, at least in culinary form, managed to shine – directly from the plate. 🌦

This third season is amazing! 😍
Every dish feels like an episode packed with drama and culinary excitement, and these croquettes are definitely the heroes of the day.
The combination of tuna, potato, and cheese sounds like a bite-sized hug, and that touch of parsley and onion surely adds some extra depth. Plus, that panko coating is pure spectacle,it looks like the kind that crunches before it even hits the plate. I love how the tartar sauce plays the role of the “loyal companion”,you’re definitely giving us a masterclass in creativity with this challenge!

@Sol Damiani Again, thank you very much for your kind words. I achieved that perfect golden fry without overcooking the interior with the fast frying rule of 1 minute, at a temperature of 180-190°C. ☺️
