I have never known how to live halfway – I either give myself completely or don’t enter the game at all. My passion for cooking has been with me since birth, and Scoolinary Academy is much more than just a school – it is a space where I grow, learn, and create.
When I joined the academy, I knew I was stepping into a world where every day would bring something new. I knew it would be a journey full of challenges, but I never imagined how much I would grow – not just as a chef, but as a person. Every challenge, every mistake, and every victory carried something valuable with it.
I thought I was coming here to learn better techniques, but I have learned so much more than that. Every night spent studying recipes, every moment of self-doubt, every time I closed my eyes and took a deep breath before taking the next step – they are all part of this story.
The last two months have been filled with challenges, attempts, and valuable lessons. This is not a place where knowledge is measured only by recipes – here, it is measured by the courage to make mistakes, the persistence to learn, and the strength of togetherness. Every moment spent with mentors and colleagues, every bit of support and encouragement, has shown me that this is much more than an academy – this is a family.
Last night, side by side with the wonderful @carolsan29hotmail-com Carolina Alvarez Santin, we achieved a victory – 250 points! But the real victory lies in sharing this success with everyone who believed in us, supported us, and celebrated with us. ❤️
Thank you to the mentors for their knowledge, to my colleagues for their selfless support, and to everyone who is part of this journey.🥰
This is not the end – it is just the beginning! I am ready for new challenges, mistakes, and victories – because when you follow your passion, every step leads forward! 💪🏼

@Maloles Muñoz Today I talk to my husband about everything because he is my biggest supporter. I came to the conclusion that of course it is wonderful when I feed the people dear to me, when I show love through food and they enjoy every a bite is something I’m grateful for. But sharing my dishes with people who live the same passion and love is a totally different universe. That’s why this community quickly became a second home for me. I look forward to the road we will walk together. When they ask me, how long is education at Scoolinary, I answer… I think it never ends ☺️ I will finally become an eternal student 😂

@Maloles Muñoz P.S. Today I made another decision. I have always wanted to learn Spanish, and even 17 years ago I enrolled in the first level course. Unfortunately, it ended there. Today I got extra motivation and decided to give it another chance. I’m throwing myself into building my Spanish vocabulary, and then I’ll need some help with practice. 😁 My sister has been living in Spain for the last 10 years and speaks Spanish, but will be away for the next 6 months due to work on a yacht. When she comes back, I would like to surprise her with mine “Yo hablo español.” 🤗
