“gol dar chaman” is a traditional Iranian dish made from broad bean, egg and dill. For plating, I used chives microgreen and edible flowers.

“cabar gol” is an Iranian traditonal food made with capers and eggs and served with bread or rice.For decoration, I used capers flower, cut cucumber rings (regular cut)and balsamic caviar.The plating style is central circle
