The plate is a very traditional and old Iranian dessert called “Shir Berenj” made with milk, rice, sugar, and rosewater.
Garnishes : milk chocolate, edible nuts, edible flowers, and beetroot chips.

“Carrot Halva”( traditional iranian dessert)
It is made of wheat flour, sugar, carrot, walnut and cinammon

Today is Sepandarmazdgan(love day)in my country, Iran❤️❤️
This dessert called: “Masghati”.I used rose mold ,raspberry-flavored chocolate bonbons and cranberry sauce to decorate the plate.
Techniques :
Molding and Unmolding, Chocolate Tempering, Piping Decoration, and ,suace plating.

1. Sourdough processing
2. Stencil technique with cinnamon powder
