@Sol Damiani Thank youuu ☺️ it was a great course, truly enjoyed it🤩. The only ingredient I did not find is the vegetable cream, so I prepared my cream as a ganache, dark chocolate and coconut milk melted together then in the fridge. I also tried to add raspberry jam on top of few and it combines well with the cake!
