I see that the ACF and WACS sponsor this program. I’m a CEC,CCA,AAC with the ACF and a MCEC with WACS.

Are there any additional discounts for certified chefs that support both these groups? I am 65 and semi retired from the traditional culinary industry although I’m still very active with the ACF, I’ve been a certified mentor for the ACF’s certification program over 25 years. And I certify chefs testing for various levels mostly Certified Executive Chef.

I also teach and I’m very active in our local ACF chapter. If this program is good I’d recommend it to all the chefs, beginner to expert.

If you go to the ACF website and search for certification proctors you’ll see me in California. Also if you look at certified valid chefs you’ll see my certification levels and I’m current in my credentials.

Hey it doesn’t hurt to ask about ACF discounts.
